My name is Adrian and I'm a hot sauce addict. I don't know when it started but I think my love the heat dates back to when I was five or six and my father would have a supply of mild Pace salsa (you read that right). It might have been mild but for a five year old, that was spicy stuff. But I couldn't get enough of spicy foods. Since then, I'll add some spicy to just about anything—I rarely have fewer than a dozen hot sauces in my possession. I even have a (emergency) supply in the bag I carry daily.
By day, I work in film and TV, a fifteen year Apple, Inc. veteran, photographer, scientist, tech guru, and traveler. This blog is a personal project to share a passion for hot sauce. I hope you enjoy and add some heat to your diet!
